Product Description
These U-bent tubes are manufactured in strict accordance with ASTM A789 / ASME SA789 standard, using UNS S31803 (2205) duplex stainless steel as raw material. They adopt professional cold bending and heat treatment process to ensure stable bending performance, uniform wall thickness, no cracks or deformation, and high dimensional accuracy.
S31803 duplex stainless steel integrates the advantages of austenitic and ferritic stainless steel, featuring high tensile strength, excellent toughness, and outstanding resistance to pitting corrosion, crevice corrosion and stress corrosion cracking. It has better corrosion resistance and mechanical properties than conventional stainless steel, suitable for long-term service in harsh working conditions.
The U-bent design effectively reduces welding points, improves the overall tightness and service life of heat exchange equipment. These U tubes are widely used in heat exchangers, condensers, boilers, pressure vessels and pipeline systems in petroleum, chemical, marine, desalination and power industries. Strict quality inspection ensures stable performance and reliable operation in high-standard heat transfer and pressure equipment.
