Product Description
These U-bent tubes are manufactured in strict accordance with ASTM A789 / ASME SA789 standard, using UNS S32205 duplex stainless steel as raw material. They are precisely processed into U-shaped tubes through professional cold bending and heat treatment technology, ensuring stable bending performance, no cracks, and uniform wall thickness.
S32205 duplex stainless steel combines high strength, excellent toughness, and outstanding resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion, and stress corrosion cracking. It has better corrosion resistance than ordinary austenitic stainless steel and higher mechanical properties than ferritic stainless steel, making it ideal for harsh working conditions.
These U tubes are mainly used in heat exchangers, condensers, boilers, and pressure equipment in petroleum, chemical, marine, desalination, and power industries. The U-bent design effectively reduces welding points and improves the overall sealing and service life of the equipment. With strict dimensional control and complete inspection, they meet the requirements of high-pressure, high-temperature, and corrosion-resistant heat transfer systems.
