Product Description
These ISO standard vacuum flanges are manufactured from SS304 and 316L stainless steel, available in ISO-K and ISO-F types, designed specifically for high-performance vacuum sealing and pipeline connection. They are precision machined with bolted or tapped thread holes to ensure strong, stable assembly and reliable sealing in low, medium and high vacuum environments.
The smooth, passivated surface of 304 and 316L provides excellent corrosion resistance, anti‑oxidation and cleanability, making them widely used in vacuum systems, semiconductor equipment, laboratory instruments, coating machines, and vacuum pipeline accessories.
